My Approach
Here, at Insight in the Body, I help individuals overcome life’s difficulties and reclaim the emotional clarity needed to lead an authentic life. Sessions are held via Telehealth, ensuring you can access support from the comfort of your own space. By combining talk therapy with somatic intelligence, I support you in moving beyond just ‘understanding’ your problems to actually resolving them, helping you feel at home in your body and connected to your Inner Truth.
My approach is a blend of evidence-based talk therapy (ACT, CBT), mindfulness and body-oriented awareness.

Experience & Insight
My path to counselling has been shaped by over 10 years of mindfulness practice, 8 years in the fitness and coaching industry, and a deep fascination with neuroscience. I ground my empathetic nature and therapeutic practice in the science of how our brains and bodies interact. My experience ranges from supporting women in crisis centres to leading workshops on authentic living.
